lets say I deposited 200 bucks..I lost 195 bucks and have 5 bucks pending bet on a future that will be graded in 2 months

Do I get the rebate after there are no current bets or do you wait on the rebate for the future bet to be official?

For established members we would issue the rebate on the $195 before the future expired. For new members it would depend on the circumstances but in most likelyhood if all you had was a $5 future pending we would issue you thr rebate on the $195 as a good gesture.
