Its hard to say, based on last 2 games I would say a Pick-EM.
ONTHEWHAT....would you favor CORNELL over NORTHERN IOWA?

#40OK FELLAS, HERE IT IS...............
JAYS -120
He expects the game to also be somewhat high scoring as the wind is blowing out to RF at a 20mph clip.
He feels laying -120 is very reasonable and said to expect something like a 7-5 JAYS final.
The game can be had for -115 at Matchbook right now for a small amount and I will not touch it as to allow one of you boys to snatch it up.

#42as DJ pointed out MSU is without it's best player for the next game making them very beatable. I like N.Iowa to win on the floor.
But in a head to head match-up i don't see how u have NIU favored and especially not by 3.5.
Pick em at best. I would lean Cornell minus a point or 2.Comment -

#43I would favor Northern Iowa to beat Cornell. I think they're a better team. They've certainly had a better season.
Keep in mind that Cornell did not beat an NCAA tournament team until the tourney started.
Lost by double digits at home to Seton Hall, an NIT team that didn't make it out of the first round.
Lost by 15 at Syracuse.
Played their best game of the season at Kansas, giving rise to Cornell as a team in the tourney with upset potential.
They barely beat Princeton the two times they played.
Northern Iowa was better in a tougher conference.
I'd open the line at NIU by 2.5 on a neutral court.[quote=jjgold;5683305]I win again like usual

#45Based on the Tourney most would say UNI -1. Before the Tourney Cornell -2.
Perception is everything. Books take this into account when making lines more so thank you think.
Example did anybody see the line move from pick to -2 within minutes of the Pitt vs Xavier game. If I could have put 10k on X I would have. Know one gives you that much movement unless they want you to move the way the want you to move.
The over/under in the Syracuse game went 150 to like 143. You would think let me get on the under. Naaaw that is a 7 point move either stay away or take the over. Game finished at 152 i thinkComment -

#46^ Cornell got a bigger bump from their performance than UNI did, because Cornell won convincingly.
Before the tourney, UNI definitely would've been favored.[quote=jjgold;5683305]I win again like usual

#47This thread is juvenile... Lets talk about something that matters; the games that will actually be played.
This thread is equivalent to saying.... "What is UNI came down with the flu and they couldn't make it to the game... so they bring back Kansas into the tournament. What would that line be?"
Ralphie you got some haters... what did you do to piss everbody off? Since this thread has gone to left field anyway I just want to know what you did.
I mean who gives a $h!t.

#48Oh yea and Cornell by 3... There on a mission and were underseeded from the get. UNI beat Kansas but Kansas didn't come to play. They thought they got a W by going to the gym. If cornell could be playing anyone other than KU then I think they live to see another game.... just my 2centsComment -
