ojs69 & I know a guy thats better than RAS with totals.

He's better than average, he moves lines. So he's perceived to be really good rather he is or not. But I wouldn't want to go against his totals plays

If you garner enough respect from the books to move lines, then you are great.

You don't necessarily have to be great, you just have to have a known following and lots of money coming in on your plays . If a book knows they are about to get a huge influx of money on one side, doesn't it make sense to change the line beforehand?

For the most part you are right, because the ones with large followings for extended periods of time tend to be good.
