My baseline for capping totals (before further research and additional filters) involves teams recent play as opposed to season averages. Both these teams have been playing below their typical pace recently, and the total does not appear to be adjusted to reflect that. I also think Pine Bluff's defense is being underrated because of their conference, they should be able to limit's Duke's offense in my opinion. I also think the fact that it most likely wont be a close game favors the under more so than the over. Tempo should slow down later into the game, and you wont have to worry about a bunch of garbage points on free throws in the final minute.
