I like most of what you have there, and though I have a ton of respect for what teams go through in the Big East, I'm not sold on Marquette getting past Washington. Two contrasting styles in this game, which will make it interesting to see which team is more effective establishing its pace, and I'm leaning toward UW.

Murray State +3 - Don't like it, Murray state in close to vandy and atually practiced in their facility. Vandy knows about this team and Vandy is also very hard to prepare for on short notice. I think Vandy will handle business
Xavier +1 - I love this bet and think that the books are trying to trick people into Minn becasue of how they have been playing against a shitty big ten. people want to jump on minn but xavier will role
Louisville - no value for me
Oklahoma State -1.5 - I love this team and have them beating ohio st in round 2
Houston +9 - no value, they shot their wad in shitty conf USA
Marquette -1.5 - no value, game will be close could go either way
UNI +1 - I like this pick but again no value for me

Bank what are your thoughts on Wofford and Houston? I like both lines with the points and certaintly wouldn't take the favorites but don't you think both these teams played way over their heads just to get here. Houston can score but can't you see Maryland just clamping down on their asses and win this by 12. Same with Wisc. Even though I will prob end up playing wofford small it does scare me a little becasue wisc can really take care of business here. they have better players then Woff and they shut people down that have better players then them.

i like wofford with the points they come in on fire (against lesser teams sure) but think they can giv wiscy a scare...staying away from Hou, Maryland was one of the few teams i didnt pick to lose 1st round in any bracket

you know i love N.Iowa but UNLV is just a team i feel like could be to much for them but ill be the 1st to admit if i have a weakness in the tourney its the 8-9 matchup i never really fair to well in that set for some reason and usually dont bet any of them just lucky if i split the 4 in my brackets

I saw UNLV completely fall apart against a patient, slowdown team in USC. I think UNI could do the same to them.

what are your guys thoughts on the zags and st mary's... I think gonzaga will win pure basketball IQ vs Florida St but the atheticsm scares me a little and the zags looked soft to me down the stretch.

Everyone is all over Richmond in a big way and I am starting to buy in a little I don't think St Mary's is that good and I think they are happy to be hear after finally beating the zags.

Richmond is one of my fav bets in the 1st round...st marys is a nice team and sure they do some damage in conf but who they beat out of conf? richmond has been here done that not to mention i like all the a-10 teams going in...betting all 3 xavier, temple (not buying this 12-5 upset at all), and Richmond to show st marys what its like to play a physical hard nosed basketball, something they havnt seen all year

i like cornell and hell lot of teams slip against a shit team in there conf at some point and honestly i feel that Cornell got shafted being a 12 thought they should have been a 10....but i really feel Temple got shafted as i cant find a 4 seed i think is as good as Temple is...bilas is on to something cause whoever wins that game could be the team that goes on a run, i just happen to think its temple

your not way off at all but just be careful of a 59 to 48 score. Wofford could have a hell of a time scoring.
