I love Minnesota today. You basically have a team who played a double OT game last night vs a team who had an afternoon practice last night. Easy play.

Like I said I like the coaching of Tubby SMith I just dont see them holding State to a 11 point half.

that 2 ot game pretty much evens out what will be minn 4th game in 4 days. thats just a shock to the body, dead legs both teams

Minny comes out hot for the first half..OSU gets it together in the 2nd half. This is how I see it playing out.. I think i will most likely be playing Minny for the first half and OSU for the 2nd half.

I agree Ohio State will probably cover the spread, I think the better play is just taking the ML, it is at -200 right now on most sportsbooks. Ohio State has nearly lost their past 2 games, so trying to cover -4 could be difficult.

I completely disagree with you that Minn. has better coaching. Tubby Smith is not a better coach than Thad Matta, look at what he has done at Butler,Xavier, and Ohio State. Matta is one of the best recruiters in the country, and has been on top of the Big Ten since he took the Job at OSU. He has won consistently in the NCAA tournament, has gone to a national championship game, while Tubby struggled in the NCAA tourney while at KY. surviving there only because he won a national title with another coaches players. While Matta was winning at Xavier and Ohio State Tubby was struggling at KY. got fired, came to Minnesota and has only achieved modest success, if they did not make a run like this in the Big Ten tournament they were out of the NCAA tourney, now it looks like they are in.

if they hit ANY wide open 3's off Oden doubles they would have beaten Florida by 10 pts that game, oh was that frustraing

Oden was starting to play well this season then blew out his other knee. Sad to see him struggle through so many injuries but what a solid decision on his part to go to the NBA and make his money while he could. He is a bust, too bad for the blazers because they could have gotten Durant instead.

I think that Ohio St finally plays like they are capable of today. They walk away with the Big Ten Trophy, however, I could see this a 1 or 2 point victory.

Gopher starters basically got to rest the whole 2nd half with the blowout of Purdue. Ohio St is the better team, but have been lucky in beating Michigan and Illinois. Going to be a close game, Ohio St should win if they play their game but I wasn't expecting the Gophers to play like they did yesterday. Probably best to take Ohio St moneyline at -175 at Betjamaica.

I like Minny - keep that tourney dream alive. They have looked really good - whoever made comment on Tubby Smith being better coach, I think they mean game coach and not recruiter which I agree with. Wish I could get Minny +6 like the one guy though
