Yeah they do have to win. I love UTEP i this one tho. They should win by a lot more than that. Tulsa is way too inconsistent. They were down big against Rice and had to come back huge to win. They were down to Marshall and had to come back for the win. No way they beat UTEP. They played each other twice and the closest was 8 points @ Tulsa. UTEP has to cover -3.5 on a neutral court. You know they wanna win this tourney for the automatic.
