Went like 6-1 monday. 1-6 Tuesday , then like 2-5 today. But I been betting large amounts, which since Arizona covered tommor back to the basic 1unit a game instead of 3 a game .

No limit, I set my own limit of what I can afford to pay him. And if zona loss I was gonna pay him and then be done with NCAA . But still down quite a bit but was down same amount last week in still managed to pull away and be up .1 unit by weeks end . I just wanna cut it down a bit. Off to tommor and betting smaller.

Correct me if I'm wrong here, and I don't mean to be an ass, but haven't you gone through this before? You seem to be a very solid capper so im guessing your issue is money management. If you don't learn anything from these situations youre destined to repeat yourself, and if you're one of those people that just can't subscribe to money management its probably best if you walk away for good. BOL with whatever happens man.

yup I completely agree. I do need to walk away for good. Yes my biggest problem is money management and the fact that I'm a action junkie and sometimes get carried away with my units. I most likely will evaluate the situation after this week , and hopefully I do walk away whether I'm up or down. Gambling is very unhealthy and at such a young age it could be very dangerous especially with locals. Peace and god bless

In my beginning days of betting in my late teens and into my early 20s, I had terrible money management as well and I too played through a local. I had weeks that were very stressful on me because of my stupid money management and my need for action. After a few times of being stupid with my money and having to set up payments with the local (thankfully he was from my small hometown and knew him) I eventually got sick of the action and being so stupid with my money. When I got to college and got set up through the local mob I had the discipline and money management where i didn't have to worry about being an idiot anymore and could just play within my reason. Now I just play online and I do have my occasional chase, would be lying if I said I never did a chase anymore, but its for a much smaller amount and if I do just play something for action, it too is just for peanuts. Well BOL, only you know what is right for you. A lot of people are saying "take a break" but if the only thing you accomplish by taking a break is saving money then a break isn't what is needed. If you can honestly change your betting mentality during a break then it's a great thing; but if not, a break is merely stalling until you lose more money. Practice with SBR points, maybe if you can maintain discipline theere it will set you up for real money transactions. BOL.

Don't feel bad bud...I'm two for the past two days after hitting it big starting the week. Gravity's a real bastard, but hey, just like what goes up must come down, what goes down must come back up, so you'll rebound.

I'm still learning with money management as well. I like it better when I'm building my bankroll as opposed to when I have a bigger one, because when I have a bigger one, I tend to go bigger, and hence no cushion on the bad days like the past couple of days. But hey, you live and you learn. Not a bad idea to stick to the same unit sizes no matter what size the bankroll is, just to be safe.
