I went on a little tilt last week when I had a bad beat, ended up dropping 8 bills in cards and 2 bills in the casino, been 5 days now and still sick in my stomach from it. I took a 1k loss in sports and turned it into a 2k loss total, great move on my part.

Hang in there big guy. We've all chased our losses and had the empty feeling in our gut. Find something else to do to distract you for a little bit so you are gambling with scared money. Usually ends up making it worse. You will get it back, just don't try to do it all at once. Its a grind!
