i certainly think they try and grind it out....kenpom disagrees with me but he been wrong before.....i goota think about it some more but my 1st reaction was 149 in a cincy game in cincy that high as hell.....right now my biggest concern is punk ass big east refs aas this game will be physical and the way these clowns call some of these games could be 80+ free throws attempted

they were -10 at home against Valpo and pushed while only +2 at Valpo and losing by 4. Linemakers thought Detroit was the better team not too long ago and Detroit has played solid lately so I'm not sure why they still wouldn't be better. Detroit should be around -2.5

valpo is a tough home team, as you say they beat Detroit at home by 4. They also played superior teams Wright St and Butler very closely. I know Hayward dnp Friday, however you have to admit it's still impressive they were leading at times and almost won. This is Valpo's final regular season home game.. what if the officiating favors Valpo ? It's going to be a close game either way. Spread seems right to me. basically a pick'em line.

not really sure i would like to know if it matters.....also would like to know if nova is locked in as the 2 seed in the big east....i way better with numbers and obscure thinking than trying to go find these things out

Alot! They win this and they would be talked about again on the bubble, would still have work left to do but certainly a big game for them. Still remember when uc had nova beat when nova was #1 in country a few years ago , but last second in bound play and a meltdown in last 30 secs and uc lost by a bucket.

They came close to pulling off a road win against West Virginia but gave away the lead, and it seems unlikely this Cincinnati squad will be able to take down a Villanova (23-5, 12-4) squad eager to prove its elite status after paving the way for Syracuse's rise to number one on Saturday. On the off chance Mick Cronin's team can pull off a Wildcat upset, a consecutive win over Georgetown to close the regular season on Saturday will take this team from on the way out, to on the way in. The win over erratic Georgetown seems more feasible, which is why upsetting Villanova is the Bearcats' more important task of the week.

minnesota struggles on the road (3-6) and at home is the only place michigan can hope to try to pray for a win against a decent team

like utep as well just dont think it is gonna be that high scoring they not a great shooting team and play excellent d....gotta do more work like i need to find out if marshal gonna be turning the ball over like crazy as that is usually the only way utep puts those kind of points up is off turnovers and defense

yes luckily im a bit strange and those things dont concern me very much...marshal wasnt playing a very stingy utep d while they where putting those points up.....i dont know who they were against but i would guess a few of the real bad conf usa teams and a few out of conf cup cakes
