Holy hell help

Well here it is, I lost a string of games by a half point or point and I dug myself into a big big big big big hole. I'm thinking about throwing in the towel all together. Any input on plays that will help me get back on the right track would we appreciated.

Most of us have this happen often and feel like this.I suggest have a break.even if its a few days.
