its an extremely tough question to answer i mean i always think under a minute and 7 should be the cutoff as 3 possessions is a lot to over come in that time frame, unfortunately i dont get to make that call....there was a game 2 Saturdays ago (i remember this well because it cost me a 7 team parley) where Evansville trailed SIU by 10 practically the whole second half never really in it with no chance to win then under a minute they decide they will start fouling and jacking 3's needless to say it didnt work and took my +13 and made it look like shit as they proceeded to lose by 15
