    Question about Bookmaker.com??
I'm looking for another book but the 2 kids that I talked to at Bookmaker had no idea what the hell was going on whatsoever This is a A+ rated sportsbook? They didn't know the promotion on their own website....didn't know how bonuses were paid....didn't know anything about their poker network, etc. Someone here has to like them I would think? Please let me know!!

i have used bookmaker recently. it was an ok experience. i didnt really like their website layout and the fact that all the game start times were only available in pacific time was bit of a pain in the ass. you would think that a big book like that can adjust to time zone.

since then i have moved on to Matchbook and have been getting way better lines. there is no way i will ever go back to a regular book.

in terms of service i never had a problem with bookmaker so i guess they are solid. just not for me

I have no problem with them having their local time up in Vegas. I can easily add 3 hours. They work well for me because they come out with totals before any other book & I play alot of totals. I have yet to get a payout from them so I can't comment on that, but everyone I've talked to seems to have good experiences with them. I have heard they pay a little slower than other books, but I don't need gambling money in 24 hours, if I do I'm in bad shape.

The only thing that could be considered a hassle is all the documentation you need to provide if you make credit card deposits. However, I've had nothing but good experiences with them. My prize money from Beat the Prick was put into my account, I turned it into $8000, and withdrew it all in a series of 3 checks never having a problem and each check arriving within 2-5 days. Odds are a little bit high for my taste, you can try BetPhoenix for cheaper lines but again, Bookmaker I can definitely recommend.

They call nonstop when you open an account. I couldn't stand it. My only advice to you would be to have a backup number to give them.
