Here is something that I felt was odd before the game... kinda wanted to fade the public in all of these and maybe I should have.

BC Pick

Minnesota +3

Had these pinned as traps and woulda been profitable to play all of them

actually vegas wins $ on every game as long as ithe $ coming in is 50-50 cuz theyll win the juice from the side that loses, if there is a higher percentage of bets on a team like all of those games, such as purdue was prolly 90% to 10%...this just means that the 10% amount of tickets just had a lot more $ on them than the smaller bets by the public on the 90%...really there is no such thing as a trap game for vegas, y would they risk money when they guarantee it by just making sure that the same amount of cash is coming in 50-50 on both sides, when the public is on the same side as the sharp $ is when u see the large point swings in line movement to try n even out the cash

No way they guarantee to get same amount of each game ... Doesn't always happen ... I'm sure they made more than just juice on almost all of these games

maybe..but if u think about it y would they risk $ when they can just be guaranteed to make it when its close to 50-50...if the amt was way off coming in on each side the line wouldve moved up and purdue would have been 4 or 4.5 favorites..vegas doesnt need to take the risk on losing $ if purdue does cover when they can guarantee that theyll make money if they can make it 50-50 coming in..not every trap game hits obviously, like the kentucky miss st game the other day last week..even though kentucky covered i can guarantee u vegas made $ because there were so many sharps that put such large amts on miss st which bought the amount coming in to almost 50-50 with the public

Thanks bud .. hope you at least got both of the SJS plays in to only lose juice .. but that finish was terrible ... up 2 with 1:40something left and than blow it and lose by 4 with missing a dunk in the final seconds and a free throw.... so frustrating ... SJS for the game was the right call .. no doubt that's why its frustrating
