I would lean towards Rutgers +12. Seton Hall gives up a lot of easy baskets due to their lack of focus on the defensive end which is why they struggle blowing teams out. Rutgers isn't a threat to win this game, imo - but they should keep it somewhat competitive.

As far as the over/under goes, I would go with the over if I had to. The pace should be pretty quick and there won't be a ton of defense.

Buyer beware on Rutgers. Their defense does a 180 on the road. They struggle to score on the road. They're really only of value as a home dog.

both teams suck
almost a neutral site at the pru
not a strong homecourt advantage for seton
pru is in newark not on campus- rutgers has a newark branch!
i would say zero home court advantage
