Anyone considering the Rams? They're typically pretty tough at home. I just wish the Lobos weren't coming off that uninspiring win over Air Force -- they might be out to prove a point tonight. Still, they seem to play up -- or down -- to their competition a lot.

These teams' last meeting in Fort Collins saw a double OT game with New Mexico pulling out the W. I'm still not completely sold on UNM playing on the road at all; they struggled at Wyoming and UNLV, and needed OT to beat Utah. On the flip side CSU plays much better @ home and I see them recovering from that turd they just laid @ UNLV.

Gimme the Rams +7.5 all day; I may wait to see if the line does jump to +8.5 or 9, but the price has been heading in the opposite direction despite all the New Mexico public backing, so the line may follow suit as well.

^ What he said. If I had to play this game, the points for CSU are a pretty good bet. I wouldn't even be against playing the ML small.

I'm going the other way on this one. I love NM in this spot. Alford is 5-0 against CSU with the average win being 19.4 pts. Check the blog I wrote on it:

NM is no BYU. Much more erratic.

                      You doing any NBA?

I like the Knicks (unfortunately) and the under in the Port/NJ game. Maybe Philly as well -- public is all over GS, yet the line is moving (or did move) in the 76ers' favor.
