I would lean Syracuse, and I think the over is a pretty strong play tonight. Providence plays at one of the quickest paces in the country, and Syracuse is no slouch in that regard, either. 2nd year coach Keno Davis does not put any focus on the defensive end, and Providence has no size which means easy baskets for Jackson and Onuaku.

If I were a gambling man, I`d be on Prov plus the points before I would take `cuse minus 8, or whatever the number is this minute. FYI gentlemen, Syracuse lost at Prov last year, and they are the only BigEast team to NOT lose on the road this year at 7-0 now. Might add-on later. Continued success men. Providence gave Syracuse all they could handle last year but this year seems to be a little bit of a different team. I think providence scores a bunch of points but can't hang with Cuse. Wes Johnson has also had some time off to heal his ailing hand which was bothering him and why he was not playing well for about 2 weeks.

I think Cuse wins this game and the Over is a good play at 161.

Syracuse also lost at home to Cleveland St. last year. Two completely different teams, and this one is much better. Cuse also played a lot smaller last year and their interior defense was an issue. That's not a problem this time around.

the +330 providence line in reality says that they should win this game between 23-24% of the time.....

so yeah this should be a huge game for you on syracuse using your estimate

There is a scenario based off the final Big East schedule where Syracuse and Villanova both lose out to the Big East title to Pitt who has beaten both of them.

Syracuse loses any of there games besides Nova and they can pretty much kiss the title goodbye. I don't see them looking past this game for Nova because this game is just as important to the Big East title because of the Pittsburgh factor. Pitt's remaining schedule is much easier than Syracuse and Villanova's.

For that reason, I think the Cuse come out ready to play. They had there lose 2 games ago that was the "trip up" lose AND they have not had one of there patented "blow em out games" I see them back on track tonight. To much on the line for Cuse in this game towards the home stretch.
