I like giving up the points here tonight because Duke doesn't just win home games, they destroy ACC opponents. The closest conference home win Duke has had was by 14 against Florida State. Duke beat Maryland, GT, Clemson, Wake Forest, and BC by 20+ points. I also think that VT is the most overrated team in the ACC. Their out of conference schedule is a joke this year compared to the other teams in this conference. I just don't see VT having the talent to keep this one close. The way Duke shoots free throws, this is going to be a blowout.

By the way, I hate Duke. A lot.

I support you too, but don't suggest to bet too much, - double digits isn't always a good motivation. -10 is a convincing victory too, if they don't care bout the line

Can you explain why you like the line? Duke is the most annoying team in the nation (besides UNC). Of course they'll get a lot of calls being at home, and with free throw shooting (Duke 76% VT would have to keep this close the whole game. VT lost at UNC by 14, and lost at UM (who could be the second worst team in the ACC) by 7. VT isn't even the top 200 teams in 2pt % or 3pt% going up against Duke's D. They're just going to have too hard of a time getting turnovers in this one.

I'm on Duke as well. Wouldn;t be if it was at V Tech. But Duke is dominant at home, and V Tech is sub-par on the road

I also don't think V Tech is that good of a team to begin with. Their record is a benefit of a weak schedule IMO

I threw the Mortage on the Blue Devil's .
Duke is 8-1 ATS in home games versus good defensive teams allowing 64 or fewer points per game!

Unfortunately I think you should probably take it at 12 1/2. I think that the public generally bets on Duke a lot, so it's hard for me to see this line moving in our favor. I know the money line has been getting worse for Duke, not that I'd touch it.
