Thinking the Bearcats will win this one pretty easily. I think they match up pretty well against Marquette.

They definitley match up well and definitley have the rebounding edge but don't expect this to be so easy. This Marquette team is very fiesty and have the capability to play a very tight game. However, Cincinatti is a much better team at home and Marquette struggles on the road. Vaughn, Stephenson, and Gates all draw winnable match ups. I think Cincinatti is the play but I wouldn't play it too big.Comment -

To poster- "GivemeaBJ"-- I would like to politely ask you: What the hell you are talking about? You made the statement that "Cinci is tough at home and Marq struggles on the road." A completely FALSE statement.
Check the facts- Marquette is 12-7 on the road (ATS overall), 7-3 on the road (ATS in last 10), and 4-1 ATS on the road in their last 5 !!! How is that "struggling"?
Furthermore, Cinci is 6-13 ATS at Home overall, and 0-4 ATS in their last four games at Home as well. How is that an indication that is "tough at home"?

Marquette is soft on the inside and have no big's that match up with Cincy. However, Cincy's is one of the dumbest teams out there. Their basketball iq is near the bottom. Tough game to call.Comment -

Cincy's only advantage in the match up appears to be in rebounds. Marquette is 8-2 ATS in these teams last 10 matchups. I can see a close game until about the final 3 minutes where Marquette will pull away.Comment -

It will come down to whether or not Marquette's 3's are falling today. They are one of the best 3 point shooting teams in the country. Cincy is poorly poorly coached, and is horrible at ft's. I wouldn't want to bet them in a game that is most likely close.

leaning towards a play on cincy here...they have the quickness to matchup with marquettes guard-oriented offense n the size inside to give them some problems, on a sunday afternoon i give the edge here to the home team think they will come out more focused n readyComment -
