If you want a good description of what's making this Poly team click lately take a look at the beginning of the longer thread from earlier in the week.
Let's talk about this game tonight. As far as I'm concerned, Poly WON the game at Northridge. They got robbed by the referees huge, it's all documented in the other thread.
Tonight looking at press the only reason cappers can come up with for Hawaii to even win this game, never mind cover, is either:
1. They've lost 7 in a row. They are due.
2. Hawaii is a tough place to play because of the travelling on the visitor.
well. These are NOT good enough reasons. That is LAZY capping.
Cal-Poly is excellently coached and they will be prepared for this game. They want it after being robbed. They ARE motivated and HEALTHY.
Cal is as close as the mainland gets to the island, so there won't be any jet-lag here.
Hawaii is only 9-9 at home this year, has dropped it's last 3 home stands.
Poly - no injuries, no outs.
Hawaii:
Starting Guard Roderick Flemings. Listed as Probable with an ILLNESS.
He will play, but is he still sick ??? Look at this guys stats. Hawaii is nothing without him 100%.
