Louisiana Tech +9 OVER Northeastern (ESPN 2 BRACKET BUSTER)

I honestly think Louisiana Tech is the better team. I seen both of these teams play this year and Tech has a pretty good squad. I can see them covering this 9 and having a good shot at winning the game.
