I love betting on teams with a good coach. Lets not forget this pitt team won in the carrier dome and beat a very good west virginia team. Now they got some confidence.
Im still blow away by wisconsin, ya its a sucker bet, but I have watched minn and wisco play their last 5 games and wisconsin is head and shoulders above minnesota. Minnesota could hardly get across mid court against northwestern who turned around and ost to penn st. It just wasnt a Bo Ryan coached effort. They ONLY shot 3s. Again, Wisconsin's not that good. Hughes is their only "standout" player, and even that's a stretch. Compare this team to, say, even last year's squad. It's one thing when they're at the Kohl Center and getting every call under the sun, it's another when they have to grind it out on the road. If they don't make perimeter shots, they're effed because they have zero inside game.
Look for them to be a possible one-and-done in the tourney when it isn't an 8-on-5 situation.Comment -
