I know I havent been too hot on my calls lately, but take this to the bank. GEORGE MASON will lose tonight. William and Mary is the far better team here. I am not talking about any points either, forget the 2 1/2 points, just give me the ML + 120.
William and Mary will not need any points tonight. I am telling you now, the Tribe is really not going to have any problem with George Mason tonight and will beat them outright rather easily.
This George Mason team is still living off that run it made to the final four several years ago. I dont understand gamblers. This is a George Mason team that never did anything, and never got any gambling support. Then they make a nice run to the final four, and now 7 years later their numbers are still inflated.
Noone will convince me that if George Mason hadnt been in the final four 7 years ago they would be a 2 1/2-3 point favorite tonight. No way, they would be a 2 or 3 point underdog. But now people see the name George Mason and think, dang they were in the final four back when, they should easily beat William and Mary at home.
Most of these gamblers backing GM now are the same gamblers who were going against George Mason during their final four run. After all, Who The Fuk is George Mason ?. Its just like all the Saints fans that pour out the walls like diarrehea coming out my arse. At the start of the season, I remember one Saint fan, ZBOIZ, and now they are everywhere. Look for the Saints numbers to all be madly inflated next year as all the new "lifelong" fans jump all over any Saints number no matter how stupid high it is.
But back to the point, William and Mary is 18-7 and 8-5 on the road and is a much better team than George Mason. This is not 2003 or whatever year it was. This is a different GM team and this is a GM team that cant hold water to this Tribe team.
The Tribe lost to UCONN by 9 and beat WAKE Forest. The Tribe has only lost 2 games by more than 3 points this entire year, so how you give them 3 at George Mason is beyond me. Now George Mason is 11-2 at home getting all the calls. They are a lousy 4-7 cant play on the road joke of a team, but usually the home cooking calls keep this team in the game at home. Wont happen tonight. William and Mary is good enough to overcome the BS calls.
Look at GM's results. Their most impressive victory was a 3 point win over Indiana. The Hoosiers are bad, and that is being kind. GM hasnt beaten anyone all year long. They had a crap record until they got into the bottom half of the CAA schedule and won like 7 or 8 in a row. That was against garbage teams like Delaware, James Madison, Towson, and Georgia State. All crap, bottom of the barrel CAA teams. All 4 of those teams played George Mason close before finally losing.
Then the second time through, that powerful 4--11 CAA Georgia State team beat GM. All I know is that anyone who takes GM tonight needs their heads examined. The ML on the Tribe is free money. There is no way George Mason is going to win this game tonight, Honestly, I think the Tribe wins by 7 or more.
I might be a crappy handicapper but even I can see that William And Mary ML is free money.
