the finish and lose by wvu had alot more to do with WVU not finishing than that one play. which was really not even possible to determine if he was out or not even in super slow mo. from the angle we saw his foot could have been hovering 2 inches off the ground and NOT touching out. you can't tell. the ref was right on top of it.

regardless wvu still had 15 more mins to pull out the win, after shooting themselves in the foot, and they couldn't do it
