I think we'll see Texas put together their best game tonight. Should be a good one but I like the Longhorns in the end here.

    no

Their half court is in a bad funk. But they always play Kansas tough but they are not playing very consistent right now.

There is a good chance Texas plays a good game tonight, but in the end I dont think they will have enough to beat Kansas even at home. I think the FT shooting will be the difference. Took Kansas -1.

I think kansas warrants a small play here, thought about going to this game but probably just end up watching it at home

If it's close then Kansas wins by free throw advantage. If it's not close then Kansas wins. So take your pic...Kansas or Kansas? I'll take Kansas

Wrote this in another post earlier today:

Only thing I see slipping here is the Longhorns FT%. It is a train wreck when these guys go to the line. On top of that you have Jordan "gimme the damn ball" Hamilton shooting everytime he touches the ball, Damian "I am one of the best players in the country but I can't shoot a FT all of a sudden" James, and Dogus "best defensive guard but I am not allowed to shoot the ball" Balbay. They also have great freshmen J'Covan Brown & Jai Lucus who have not found their identity yet. Dexter Pitman, a great big man who plays 3 minutes then sits 5 and Like the others can not shoot from the FT line. Then there is Avery Bradley possibly a top 5 big 12 player, one night he is lights out, the next he is just off on everything and he can not shoot 50% from the FT line.

Everyone of these guys is a starter on 90% of the teams in the country, but put together there is just something wrong with this team. They can not beat Kansas tonight. I hope they win because I am Texas fan, but my money is against them tonight.

it's amazing how terrible they are at free throws, and they can't box out for sh*t, but they have so much talent you never know

I'm on Texas tonight. The home court advantage will play a factor. And I really expect Texas to come out sharp tonight.

Notice everyone except me in this thread is on Kansas. That alone is enough to warrant a small play on Texas. Talented teams at home against #1 teams will bring out their best game. I think it's either small Texas or no play.

I will play a little KU. This is not a game to load up on because Texas will play better and break out just hopefully not tonight. But while they are funking I will look to punk them. small. They are not the same team since that Kansas St game.

I think peopel are just caught up in the 'name' that Texas brings. There is no way Balbay will be able to hold down Collins without constantly fouling the man, and he can shoot free throws! Just as Mason-Griffin killed texas, collins will do the same. Henry is due for a stellar performance, and why not on the biggest stage of the season so far.Plus Cole was a beast the other day with blocks everywhere and running the floor. Kansas rolls

homecourt in the big 12 monday is immense; texas is just as talented as kansas but a lot more inconsistent. very tough pick but i say that since it's a home game on espn, it will put some extra motivation and heart into the players.

texas hasnt covered a game since december, do you realize your taking a team that hasnt covered the spread in 2 fukking months? Not to mention its a matchup nightmare at every position for texas. There the most overrated team in the nation and ive said it since the preseason polls came out. Take texas and throw your money down the drain

The real question is can Texas beat anyone right now? Not just Kansas.
