first blush, their power ratings say that naz can. i'm not that familiar with those teams, though, and i don't know how naz has done in n col in past. when it comes to colorado teams, i tend to look at how the visitor has done there in past assuming same coaching staff. same with New Mexico, Idaho. most teams either deal with altitude well or do not.

naz lost by 9 last month at home. beat them last year at home and lost by 2 in col the year before that. naz 4-1ATS on the road in the last 10, ncol is 2-4 ats at home in the last 10.
