A gift from the SWAC Conference

The Swac confernce is home to some of the worst sports teams alive. The best extracurricular activities these school offer are Fraternity life, and their bands. Yes people these are the schools that brought us movies such as Drumline & Stomp the Yard. Both horrendously overlooked by the Oscars, but whats done is done.

Now the SWAC is offering up another gift.

South Carolina St. -3.5 vs. FAMU

FAMU is 5-15 SU, and 0-2 ATS.

South Carolina St. 10-8 SU, and 2-0 ATS.

So Carolina St. has won the last two meetings by a combined 24pts.

Their is no homecourt advantage in the SWAC, b/c nobody cares on campus. Empty gym allows for the better team to win, and refs no to fear backlash of homecrowd when making calls.

I'm laying 440/400 on So. Caro St. -3.5

FYI: FAMU is allowing 11 more pts than they are scoring. 62 pts for/ 73 pts against.

Other books may add it to their slate, but they may wait to see what the sharps do at the other books.

Its so obvious that the books have no idea what to do with these lines in the SWAC. Its such an obscure conference, that the public probably wont bet it. And the lines on both games are identical. They just gave the better team a -3.5 line.

I think the books get bored, and decide to take a chance on these games. Dont forget books like to gamble also.


Everytime the books dont move a line on a game that has everyone betting one side, all that means is that the books have chosen a side. Therefore they are gambling that the less bet side is a winner. It took me awhile to figure this out, but it makes complete sense. Getting even money is their common goal, but not on every game. i.e. USF yesterday.

I was initially wrong about it being the SWAC. I just wasnt paying close enough attention to what conference I was dealing with. I thought it was the SWAC off the top of my head.\

I looked back and Ala ST has beaten Prarie View A&M 4 staight, and only once by less the 11. PVAM shots 56% from the FT line. I think I am on both.
