Maryland got robbed

I rarely complain about NCAA officiating.
Watched the whole game on NESN.
To say the referees favored Clemson would be a gross understatement.

Clemson was the home team. Too be expected.

Unwritten rule is that if you are on the road, you have to be ten points better than the home team. Maryland didnt score in the last 4mins, and the refs had nothing to do with that. More like shit talent on Maryland, sans Vasquez

It was very very frustrating to watch having money on Maryland. Every loose ball that went out of bounds was given to Clemson. On about 5 occasions the play by play guys said and that should be Maryland's ball.....no wait they give it to Clemson.

And that foul on Vasquez in the final minute driving to the basket was horrendous. He actually hit the driving shot, and should have had an "and one" to make it a one point game. At that point with about 45 seconds, Clemson probably would have run the clock down, and if they hit or missed, Maryland has a VERY good chance to cover +3.5 to +4.5 (whatever you had). To say the least, tht was about as frustrating a game to watch having money on.

Oh well, get em back in the Wichita State game hopefully. I was so upset, I doubled my bet on Wichita to try and re-cover my loss on Maryland. If Wichita doesn't cover, it'll be a very disppointing end to my week!

Houilhans, Maryland didn't score enough but they sure would have scored a few more if the refs called Clemson fouls. They did not.

That was some pretty terrible officiating. No complaints here though as I was on Clemson

Please......clemson did everything they could to hand them that game. The vazquez offensive elbow was a bad call, how about when the little white kid on clemson tanner went up got fouled and made the basket and they waved the basket off and gave them the ball out of bounds....how was that not a shooting foul? how was it no AND 1?

Ive watched a few games lately, where after about 10 mins or so, I knew it would be very difficult to get a cover on a small favorites because of the refs. Oh well...........what can ya do bout it?
