To answer you question, No. I don't think the Big Ten is rigged...

I think there are a number of factors at play that are contributing to the results you speak of.

Overall, I don't think it's a great basketball league. I don't think there is a huge difference between the top and bottom.

How teams match up with one another. Not just which team is "better" have an impact.

And never forget we're talking about 18-22 yo kids who are, by nature, are not "consistent" except in their inconsistency... LOL

The Badgers are missing one of their best offensive players and are counting on some younger role players to step up and replace his scoring. Theyve been starting slow in every game and closing them out very well (save for @OSU). I'm sure its a trend that will change....but for now it might be smart to bet against them in the first half until Leuer gets back. They just haven't been able to find a rhythm early since he went out.

I will take wisconsin at home any day of the week, and against anyone....Bo Ryan is a basketball mastermind. Not many coaches can get bottom of the barrel recruits minus Bohannon and Hughes( Butch was over rated a few yrs back out of HS imo) and turn them into a top 20 program every yr.
