Tulane is taking an equal number of shots to E. Carolina, but is only making 14.3% of them. Can you imagine that wow they are at home and were 8 point favorites and cannot make shots. Conspiracy of players to blow game for money ? how can you take over 30 shots and only make like 4 of them ?
