I follow 2 cappers very closely and both are on Saints getting the points (+5) and both like the Under (57). I took all of Roch's picks today and only made a small profit. I think I have to start being a bit more selective. With so many plays, it's tough to pick and choose. How do most of you do it? Just doing a little analysis yourself?

I try to be selective on which Roch picks I wanna play and most the time I'm pissed off because if I would have played every play I would have made more money.. I've only had one losing day tailing Roch... Once again another great day Roch!!!

mlb is supposively one of the easiest sport to cap overall i think it goes like this (from tightest lines to loosest):
nfl/nba/college bball/nhl hockey/mlb/college bball over/unders/wnba
