The health of star sophomore Paul George is Fresno State's biggest concern at the moment.
George sprained his right ankle in the first half of the team's 69-43 loss to Utah State on Thursday night. He hurt himself when he collided with another player while diving for the ball with 13:20 left before the break.
After he was escorted off the court, he spent the rest of the game on the sideline.
Without George, who leads the team in scoring, rebounding and steals, the Bulldogs had even more difficulty manufacturing points against Utah State's zone defense.
