I really like Saint Louis. Charlotte may be a tad bit better but not enough to beat STL by 9. STL is better defensively and they shoot better than Charlotte so I think that's enough to keep them in the game. Charlotte is 1-4 ATS this year with three days rest this year. Just a tid bit.
