    friday college hoops
Explanation of my record. I started playing every game for just one unit rather than having three, two and one unit plays. After all…is one pick really any better than another? Tbat is what my overall record is. My for the year record includes when I was rating my plays the first couple weeks of the season, which I now feel is stupid to do. At least for me.

    YESTERDAY (2-4)(-2.40)
    OVERALL (6-6)(-0.60)

    FOR THE YEAR (18-20)(-10.10)

    PICKS FOR FRIDAY, JANUARY 15th

Loyola-Chicago +1 ½ vs Illiniois-Chicago…..I know Illinois owns them, but Loyola due and simply the better team this year.

Marist +14 vs Loyola-Maryland…..Too many points, Loyola not that good.

That is all for Friday. Pretty lousy card, but I do like the two I played. Working all day Saturday so will have to take a pass on the day games. Back sometime after 5:30 Saturday with my night action.

    Good Luck Everybody!!

Marist isn't as bad as their record indicates.

Also big point for me Loyola averages over 17 turnovers a game at home.

Even though Marist is coming off a huge loss stats show they cover the following game at a high percentage. So I'll also be taking the lumber here. Let's get a winner Jillmark. GL
    Marist +14

Call me crazy, but I wouldnt put my hard earned money on a 1-15 team, regardless of the matchup. GL tho

Damn straight..I never bet my money on a team to do something for the "first" time...They got to be solid and time after time proving..Thats the only way your consistently going to make money..Great point!

If you find an edge in a match-up you take it.
A teams record has 0 to do with the result.
