Teasing across the zero in March Madness
A friend and I were discussing teasers specifically for the NCAA tournament, and I was wondering if in certain cases, teasing across the zero might be +EV.

It seems to me that upsets are often by margins of 1 or 2 and the waste of value teasing from -1 to +1 might be offset by the number of March Madness games that finish as one or two point upsets.

Does anyone have a big enough database/sample of upsets?

Flame away, I can take it.

Really? Nobody knows the percentage of upsets that are only by a couple points, or has a rough idea?
