Hapy New Year everyone, with that said, 2010 is about making cash, lets do work.
Northeastern at VCU, 9-2 VCU hosts a 6-7 Northeastern tonight at 7:00p.m. This is a good match up between two good teams in the CAA but with VCU at 5-1 ATS and 5-0 streak SU, VCU is the pick. JOey Rodriquz and Larry Sanders will run the show tonight as long as Sanders stays out of foul problems, which shouldn't be an issue seeing as how he is only averaging 3.4 per game.
VCU -6 1/2
UNC Wilmington is traveling to Williamsburg to play a 10-2 William and Mary at 7:00p.m. I can not say enough about WM, they are starting out great, 2nd best start to a season. Their last game was a close game that they squeaked out a win against Hofstera 48-47, they did not covers the -2 spread on that game. WM is 4-1 ATS against and UNC and 7-3 ATS at home. Another plus to picking WM is the average of 10 threes per game. Nither team has injuries so as long as WM can stop John Fields against him avergaing a double-double they should cover by at least 17. Last thought, UNC had 28 turnovers on Saturday agaisnt VCU and were out scored in the box 48-24.
William and Mary -9
Jacksonville St will be playing at Southeast Missouri St at 8:45p.m. Jacksonville St wants this win bad from a devestating lost to Eastern Illinois 50-48. I don't have to much to say about this game, except take Jacksonville. Bodog does not have a line yet but will probably be -4.
Jacksonville St. -4
Western Kentucky is hosting Mississippi St at 9:00p.m. MSU is on 4 days of rest. Look for Jeremy Evans to get worked on by Jarvis Varnado and if that doesn't work, Ravern Johnson should clean up, being the leader in ppg for Miss St. Sergio Kerusch is still hurt from his injury on the 18th of Decemeber so don't expect to see much of him. Miss St is averging 10 threes per game and is 9-1 ATS on the road.
Mississippi St -5 1/2.
Open to comments, good luck tonight.
