Penn st vs Wisc????

Why do many people like Penn St? I was leaning towards Wisc, but i saw many people posting their plays for penn st. can someone tell me whats up?

big 10 road game easy to see why ppl would take the points and also pretty sure there is the feeling pen st is better than they have played so far this year... id say the line is pretty accurate...hope that helps gl 2day whatever you decide
