LSU +6 1st half
-LSU plays to the level of its competition especially in the first half of games. LSU has trailed by more than 6 points at halftime only once this season and that was to a good UConn team. LSU was up 34-27 at halftime against a good defensive team (Arizona St) earlier this season and eventually losing that game by 18 points. LSU lost by 10 points a year ago to Xavier at home. Xavier is not the same team that they were a year ago. I look for LSU to play a very good first.
Texas Tech +4 1st half
-Texas Tech will be up at halftime in what should be a very close game at halftime. I would not take new mexico minus the points against a ranked team even when they are playing at home.
