Butler does not have to play a full game because the ref wins the game for them. Its easy to win when the refs are playing. ha ha

i don't know why the refs didn't just leave around .8-1.0 seconds on the clock and give XU the ball. they'd still have had to pull a miracle play to score, and it would have saved a lot of grief and handwringing afterward. looked like the clock was stopped for half-second to 3/4-second. much better to let XU have one last play, and there's about a 98% chance the result would've been the same. from the looks of the discussions, i wonder if all three refs even agreed on the decision.Comment
