I don't like betting sides in games with meaningless spreads, but Ohio -31 looks like a solid play for these reasons:

1) Presbyterian already know they'll lose to Ohio St, so the number of points by which they lose is meaningless to them.
2) Ohio St seem to enjoy the role of a huge home favorite. They've covered 2 huge spreads in their L5. They beat Eastern Michigan by 51 points as a 22-point favorite and St. Francis by 63 points as a 35.5-point favorite. One sees no reason why they shouldn't cover 31 points against a cup-cake Presbyterian team.

As for the total, the Over may cash midway into the 2H.

What do you think about the first half spread Wilforth? I would think this game is going to be like Duke last night where they're up by about 20 at half and were up by 40 at 1 point but then took out their starters......

I've played -20.0 Duke 1H,but Gardner Webb scored that dammned 3's.And then Jon Seyer missed his 3's.Anyway,I've noticed that in many games "cold hands" in the first half don't bring the spread.Same thing with the over/under - 50-60 points in the first and then something like 80-90 points in the second half.
I think betting on the overall spread is way better,as you have more chance if they don't cover the first half spread.
