Why is it so low? ARe both teams defensive in nature or just slow offenses?

Florida St. has great D, and has been completely shutting down these inferior teams. like 83-33.

Georgia St. has only score more than 60pts 3 times this season.

I like the OVER, but I found better O/U plays for the day.

Florida St.'s D is centered around their 7ft Center, and other knuckle-draggers on the perimeter. They are a talent rich team that is poorly coached. I mean Their coach, Hamilton, is a monster recruiter. Although is an underwhelming coach.

How "inferior" is Georgia St. compared to Florida St.? Why is Florida state a miserable 1-4 ATS in their L5 as favorites if they're "showing no mercy to inferior teams"? I think these will both cash:
