ive been on the fence on taking stanford here. uc davis only got beat bad enough to cover 19 points by oregon, of course stanford and oregon are both pac 10 teams. and the line has moved up. maybe sprinkle a little love on stanford, and see how the 1st half plays out.

id be willing to bet 1st half is close for uc davis to cover 1h, but stanford covers for the game....thats how the majority of college games with big spreads have been lately (college hoops that is)

i agree with your observation and wonder at the same time how long that pattern may hold and the only answer I can come up with is that it will keep happening until i take a team like davis to cover the first half, lol ...
