NEED HELP! What's the deal with Manhattan vs Niagra???
On paper these teams look fairly matched up Niagra is favored by 13.5 points?

Anyone have any insight into this game? Obviously I'm missing something because nothing I see indicates Niagra will cover 14.

...I guess I just found that Niagra has won the last 8 straight matchups ATS since '06. Is this a different Manhattan team and bookies are just going off historical stats?

Go look at your stats again, then you will find that these teams are clearly not evenly matched. Not sure yet if I would give all those points, but Niagra is clearly the better team.

Personally from what I have researched the line is pretty much where it should be right now. Niagara is the better team however they have not covered a spread that is more than -3.5. So that is definately a Key stat here. I think this game could easily be a blowout or could be one of those type of games where Niagara can't put the other team away.... definately stay away unless this line drops to around 10 which is highly unlikely.

Thanks guys, that's all I needed to hear. I was only looking at the straight up matchup stats (http://www.sbrforum.com/Stats/NCAA-B...91204/534.aspx) and they are fairly close according to those numbers (I didn't look at strength of opponents though). I'll be staying away from this one though.
