I was looking at Cal to that could be a smart bet. So Cal or North Carolina? What you guys think?

If you give 3 points for home court (in most cases) the NC/OSU line is saying OSU is better, they are on a neutral court tonight. I like OSU because Vegas does not give money away. Think about it.
