Need help: Line move reading at SBROdds

Here's the listing for the Temple at Georgetown game at SBR Odds:

Here's how I read this, please correct where I'm wrong. The line opens at 11:08 PM on 11/16 at 5 Dimes (which seems to be the default book) for Georgetown -9.

At 8:47 in the morning, 54% of the bets (not necessarily the betting money) have come in on Temple. The line stays at 9.

At 9:24 AM, 56% of the total bets (again not total money) up until that point now favors Georgetown. The line moves to Georgetown -9.5.

At 12:31 PM, 55% of the bets placed up until this point have been on Georgetown. The line moves to Georgetown -10.

At 1:12 PM, 54% of the bets placed up until this point have been on Georgetown. The line drops back to Georgetown -9.5.

At 1:37 PM, 52% of the bets placed up until that point have been on Georgetown. This indicates that likely since the last check Temple gained more bets than Georgetown (although not necessarily). However, the line stays unchanged at 9.5.

Please correct/add/subtract or whatever else you think appropriate or meaningful. Thanks.
