Who in the hell is Hofstra? I would look at Kansas history of early games at ESPN.com, and see if the coach likes to blowout hapless teams.
I really don't like betting big-time schools in CBB. Prefer the small conferences were you can get soft lines consistently, b/c the lines makers are so focused on the big games. Hence my plays for today.
For the Big-time schools I like Pitt -16.5 a lot better. People are underestimating them, but they are loaded again. Plus that's a really soft line, that could get covered be Half. Wofford played Clemson early last year and lost by 50+.Comment -

I really dont know how you bet against any of these top 25 teams, since they are facing far inferior opponents. I just dont think there is any advantage to the bettors, since the books know everyone wants to bet those games. There is extra juice built into the lines this week.
