Bad news - Good news

Bad news....it seems that many books are reluctant to post First Half Team Totals, especially for the "Extra" games. Good news ...... is when I post a First Half Team under, the results are almost identical if you play the team under for the game. Of course, by playing the team under for the game, there is the possibility of some of the factors we discussed that can affect the the total that you do not have when playing the first half under.

Therefore, if you cannot get the first half team under for a team total, you may want to consider playing the the team under for the game.

I hope I explained that so everyone understands.

Just curious as to why your system seems to find more value/picks in the Extra Games TTs more? Are the lines weaker or just bigger mismatch in the teams usually?

That is a very good question. I think at this time in the season, it's due to the mismatch as you mentioned. It's going to be interesting when we get into conference play. My feeling is there will be a lot less plays. We'll see.

Yeah...unfortunately can't follow as my Extra Games usually is only FG and missing TTs sometimes. All good though. Seems like you're onto something =) Just hope it continues.

No, the line was 65.5. As you can see for the that one I have the incorrect game number and that was the line for that game. (#763)

Bottom line, N Alb/E. IL was the play and it lost.

DD Do you find it difficult to accurately predict totals or sides when game stats predict certain numbers but are grossly inaccurate with mismatched teams like Marshall vs UVA? How do you adjust the numbers to account for the different styles and quality of the teams? Thanks
