I really like Illinois-Chicago as a dark horse to make the 2nd weekend. Nevada can make a deep run, maybe elite 8. Few people realize how talented that team is with the multitude of scoring options they possess.

If there PG Drew didnt get hurt and lost for the season a few weeks ago, Id agree. But without him, Nevada looks lost. Dont see them winner a game now.

Nevada style a problem for Texas. All those interchanging parts who can shoot a tough matchup for horns bigs imo. All Nevada gotta do zone them and they will go thru long stretches struggling to score. I get Nevada not same without the kid, they be in my elite 8 w this draw if pg was healthy. Still think they can get by shocka's team. Prob not betting it tho.

Oklahoma & Providence could each win a couple of games or lose right out the gate. I really like Kentucky actually taking them to win it all in a couple pools.

New Mexico State and Loyola both make the Sweet 16. Clemson and Miami are ripe for upsets and I don't like the way Auburn has played lately. I think SDSU could be live as well against OSU mostly due to OSU's pack line defense but OSU is a little underrated overall.

The way Kentucky has played the last few weeks, minus the Florida game, I wouldnt be surprised to see them beat anybody. Looked extremely impressive in the SEC Tourny.

Good stuff here. Only thing I disagree with is Texas, and strongly at that. I highly doubt they win a game. Nevada the better team.

I hope Buffalo. That's the "UB" part of my username. We were something like 5-25 when I was a freshman there (and our football team was 1st place in ESPN's bottom 10 every week). Went to every basketball game - was just me and ten other students on one side, and older alumni on the other side. Maybe couple hundred in the building. By time I was senior/grad school we were making some noise, but never got in tourny. Awesome to see their success lately. Would be real happy if they can knock off Arizona.
