I get your point. It's so easy to be scared looking at the H2H matchups. But the spread is that "huge" for a reason. I like capping a game like this, where the contrarian pick puts money in your wallet.

That's how you're supposed to look at it. Yes the game is in Hawaii but Tulsa isn't expected to fare well on the road in this matchup. Hence, Illinois State is designated as the home team. This means Illinois State should be at least a 9-point favorite playing in their true home.
We'll see how this ends.

I get your point. True. But from a pure sporting perspective, a "home team" designation has to be "earned" on a neutral venue. The notation "Neutral venue" is supposed to be indicated when neither team is supposed to enjoy home advantage.

My money says that the margin of victory in both teams previous games in THIS tournament determined home/away for this third place game
