Interesting line on Boston College @ Wake Forest

Both teams are pretty terrible but BC has covered the 1st half recently vs Clemson, Syracuse, and North Carolina. I was expecting something like 4 points for the game.... 2 at half. What gives? If BC is going to avoid going O for everything in conference in football and basketball in the same year.... this would be it.

Any insight into the game? I think it's Wake 1st half or skip it all together.
